ICAN LONDON CREAM PEROXIDE 30 VOL 9% 250ML x 2 + RAPID BLUE POWDER BLEACH 80G x 2 SET
Directions
Mix 250ml of 30 volume cream peroxide with 80g of rapid blue powder bleach. Apply the mixture to dry hair, ensuring even coverage. Leave on for the recommended time (usually 30-45 minutes) for desired lightening effect. Rinse thoroughly and follow with a deep conditioning treatment.
