Outline the lips with the long lasting semi permanent water resistant pens. These colours do not smudge or fade so the line stays strong throughout the day. The colours are bright and vibrant and easy to apply with the thin felt nib to create a fuller lip or highlight a natural lip line. The colour lasts for up to 24 hours. The felt tip nib can be reversed so it lasts twice as long. The colour can be removed with make up remover or the corrector pen.
